Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

We ship orders using UPS expedited shipping to ensure reliable delivery and package tracking.

Free Expedited Shipping

Orders totaling $250 or more qualify for free UPS expedited shipping within the United States.

Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

– The return request is made within the first 2 weeks of the original purchase date

• The product is unused and unopened

• The protective vial cap has not been removed, altered, or tampered with

• The product is returned in its original packaging and condition

If approved and received in acceptable condition, customers will be issued a full refund minus:

• Original shipping costs

• A 15% refund processing fee

Refunds are issued only after the returned package is received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Assurance Team.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
