Chargeback Policy

 

Legal Warning Notice Any fraudulent chargeback, or any chargeback submitted without first reaching out to Pure Form Aminos to seek resolution, may result in the customer being permanently flagged for chargeback abuse. This information may be shared with other peptide companies and industry fraud-prevention networks to help prevent similar conduct from occurring elsewhere. Bans issued as a result of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity are permanent and will not be lifted.

1. Purpose

This Chargeback Policy exists to protect Pure Form Aminos from fraudulent disputes, ensure fair treatment of legitimate billing concerns, and maintain compliance with federal guidelines, payment processors, and card-network regulations.

Pure Form Aminos maintains transparent ordering, shipping, fulfillment, and complaint procedures. All customers are expected to follow these procedures before filing any chargeback with their card issuer.

This policy applies to all purchases made through Pure Form Aminos.

2. Customer Responsibility Prior to Filing a Chargeback

Before submitting a chargeback, customers must:

  • Contact Pure Form Aminos Support at info@pureformaminos.com
  • Submit a formal complaint or claim via email
  • Supply requested documentation, such as photos, tracking screenshots, order numbers, or evidence of billing discrepancies
  • Allow Pure Form Aminos the full investigation window (typically 3–5 business days)

Failure to complete these steps may result in:

  • Denial of future refund requests
  • Delays in resolution
  • Restrictions on future ordering privileges


Pure Form Aminos reserves the right to contest illegitimate or premature chargebacks and submit comprehensive supporting evidence to the payment processor.

3. Valid Reasons for a Chargeback

A chargeback is appropriate only for legitimate banking-related issues, such as:

  • Unauthorized transactions (requires bank verification)
  • Duplicate charges
  • Card compromise confirmed by the issuing bank
  • Processor-level technical errors
  • Billing discrepancies not resolved through Pure Form Aminos support


The majority of issues can and should be settled directly with Pure Form Aminos without initiating a chargeback.

4. Invalid or Non-Qualifying Chargeback Reasons

Pure Form Aminos will dispute chargebacks filed for reasons that do not constitute legitimate billing disputes, including:

4.1 Delivery & Shipping Situations

  • Claiming non-delivery when carrier tracking shows the package as delivered
  • Filing a dispute instead of submitting a Package Protection claim
  • Filing a dispute after opting out of or removing Package Protection
  • Filing a dispute before carrier or Pure Form Aminos resolution timelines have elapsed
  • Filing disputes related to porch theft or misdelivery without using the proper claims process

4.2 Product Concerns

  • Dissatisfaction with product appearance without supporting documentation
  • Claims involving reconstitution, dosing, biological outcomes, or human/veterinary use
  • Differences in research results or subjective expectations
  • Claiming a product “did not work” — this is not a valid basis for research-use-only products

4.3 Order Processing & Customer Decisions

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Failing to review the order prior to checkout
  • Not applying a discount code before completing a purchase
  • Requesting cancellation after an order has entered processing or already shipped
  • Entering an incorrect or incomplete shipping address

4.4 Abuse or Policy Violations

  • Filing a chargeback in lieu of providing requested evidence
  • Submitting multiple unfounded disputes
  • Attempting to circumvent Pure Form Aminos complaint or claim requirements


Pure Form Aminos documents every order with fulfillment photos, weight verification, tracking records, and quality checks in order to contest invalid chargebacks.

5. Evidence Pure Form Aminos Provides in Chargeback Disputes

When an invalid chargeback is filed, Pure Form Aminos submits thorough evidence to the card issuer, including:

  • Order invoice and IP address logs
  • Billing and shipping address verification
  • Checkout confirmation of Terms, Policies, and Package Protection selections
  • Fulfillment photos, packaging verification, and weight audits
  • Tracking data and delivery confirmation
  • Customer communication records
  • Claim and complaint investigation history (if applicable)
  • Documentation that Package Protection was declined (if applicable)


This evidence regularly results in chargeback reversals in favor of Pure Form Aminos.

6. Consequences of Filing Invalid or Fraudulent Chargebacks

Customers who file illegitimate chargebacks or attempt to obtain products without paying may face:

  • Permanent account closure
  • Cancellation of any pending orders
  • Reporting to card networks for abuse
  • Fraud investigation depending on the severity of the conduct
  • Permanent refusal of service from Pure Form Aminos


Pure Form Aminos enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding chargeback fraud.

7. Chargeback Fees and Losses

When a chargeback is filed, Pure Form Aminos incurs the following costs:

  • Chargeback processing fee (typically $20–$35 depending on the processor)
  • Loss of product value and shipping costs
  • Administrative labor associated with evidence preparation and submission
  • Potential increases to risk score ratings


As a result:

  • Pure Form Aminos may seek reimbursement of chargeback fees for disputes that are later found to be invalid or reversed
  • Accounts with repeated disputes may be placed under manual review or permanently restricted

8. How Pure Form Aminos Resolves Billing Issues Without Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Pure Form Aminos directly for any billing concerns.

Most issues can be resolved through:

  • Refunds where authorized (per our Refund Policy)
  • Partial credit where appropriate
  • Correction of duplicate charges
  • Billing error verification
  • Reshipments or replacements through approved claim channels


We aim to respond promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us prevents our team from being able to assist you.

9. Package Protection and Chargebacks

Customers who decline Package Protection acknowledge that:

  • Pure Form Aminos is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage once the carrier has scanned the package
  • Chargebacks filed for items lost or stolen without active protection will be disputed

Package Protection is the required mechanism for receiving:

  • Free replacements
  • Free reshipments
  • Coverage for porch theft or misdelivery


Chargebacks are not a substitute for the proper claims process.

10. Final Determinations

All chargeback-related decisions, evidence submissions, and dispute responses are managed by Pure Form Aminos Support, QA, and Compliance teams in coordination with our payment processor. All determinations become final once the card issuer closes the dispute.

11. Policy Updates

Pure Form Aminos may update this Chargeback Policy at any time to reflect changes in banking regulations, card-network guidelines, or internal operations. The most current version is always available on our website.
